Triple H appeared on The Pat McAfee Show to discuss a variety of subjects including the upcoming NXT vs AEW “war” that will start on Wednesday nights on October 2. Triple H noted that competition is great and this war thing gets brought up a lot. He said if AEW can put up the best show they can, then that’s great and that’s what NXT will do every single week. He noted that WWE had been in discussions with various networks about moving NXT to live television and now was the right time to do it. “People can say war but I don’t see it that way as competitive in that nature.
